Shuk is a beautiful tasting mediterranean food. Everything is made in stor and seriously delicious. The cooks and staff are pretty cool too!

Some Of My Favorites:

Shakshouka is a dish of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, chili peppers, and onions. Spiced with cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg. Sometimes it is also known to include tabasco sauce and honey.

Shuk makes the best Shakshouka. My favorite is with halloumi cheese and a coffee.

Teff Pancakes are rich and satisfying. Made with Teff flour.

Shuk makes them topped with bananas and nuts. It is to die for! It honestly was my last meal I ordered before I left the country.

Halloumi Sandwich!!!! Halloumi is a semi-hard, unripened, brined cheese made from a mixture of goat’s and sheep’s milk, and occasionally also cow’s milk. It had a high melting point and can be fried or grilled.

Shuk makes a sandwiches with Halloumi. I like to order mine with a side of sweet potato fries.
